Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation and will renew automatically (based on the chosen duration) unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Note that you cannot cancel your current subscription during an active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription settings and disable auto-renewal by accessing your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
